About the Ohio Campground Owners Association

The Ohio Campground Owners Association (OCOA) is the premier organization that represents privately owned and operated campgrounds throughout Ohio.

Members of the OCOA care about providing the best services to their campers. By joining OCOA, members can pull their ideas and campground innovations together for the betterment of the industry as a whole.

The Ohio Campground Owners Association is the distributor of the Ohio Camper Magazine, which provides campers with a guide to all of our campground members so that visitors can find the campground that will best meet their travel needs. The magazine gives readers a chance to review amenities and special features of each campground. You can request a copy of the Ohio Camper Magazine for your home.

The OCOA office is located in Columbus, Ohio and run by Executive Director Kristy Smith. Kristy and the Board of Directors meet regularly to discuss the direction of the Association and plan annual conferences.
